Job Summary:

Mohr Management India Private Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate for our lease administration division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate and a solid understanding of sales processes. This role involves using technology to schedule meetings and generate leads for our team to pitch our lease administration services.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales and Business Development:

+ Identify and generate new business opportunities in the lease administration market.
+ Use various technology platforms to schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients.
+ Support the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies to meet targets.
+ Conduct 100-150 cold calls a week and set 2-3 qualified meetings a month.

Market Research and Analysis:

+ Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the lease administration sector.
+ Analyze competitor offerings and industry developments to position Mohr Partners effectively.
+ Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to drive sales growth.

Collaboration and Coordination:

+ Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
+ Coordinate with the lease administration team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
+ Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall business strategy discussions.

Education & Experience:


Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate sector. Strong understanding of real estate and lease administration processes. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales technology tools. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Certificates and/or Licenses:


Relevant sales or real estate certifications are a plus.

Physical Requirements:


Involves work of a general office nature. Typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day and may involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/fax/scanner. Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type. Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you. Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing. Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand. Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays.
