Strong understanding of womens western wear trends, fabrics, and silhouettes Styling expertise for different body types, occasions, and client preferences Color coordination and accessory pairing skills Knowledge of luxury fashion brands and current runway trends Visual merchandising and display arrangement skills

Sales & Client Engagement

Excellent client relationship building and networking skills Upselling and cross-selling techniques for premium products Personal shopping and wardrobe curation experience Exceptional customer service and after-sales follow-up Ability to understand and anticipate client needs

Communication & Soft Skills

Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills Polished grooming and professional presentation Cultural sensitivity and adaptability with high-end clientele Discretion and confidentiality with VIP clients Conflict resolution and handling difficult customers gracefully

Operational & Boutique Skills

POS and billing system proficiency Inventory management and stock replenishment awareness Coordinating with tailors/alterations team for fit perfection Event styling and boutique fashion show support

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage floor operations, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance. Oversee boutique management, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment. Develop strong relationships with customers through personalized interactions and product knowledge. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of store appearance. Ensure operational efficiency by implementing effective processes and procedures.
