About the Role
We're on the lookout for
dynamic, passionate, and self-driven Sales Associate Interns
who are eager to learn the art of sales, develop business acumen, and contribute to real-world growth.
You'll work closely with our business development and client engagement teams, generating leads, building relationships, and helping to expand our presence in the agricultural sector.

What We're Looking For:
Experience: 0-2 years in sales (freshers welcome)
Education Background: B.Sc. Agriculture or MBA in Agri-Business preferred*
Skills: Strong communication skills and a passion for sales
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify new business leads through research and outbound prospecting
Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
Develop partnerships with agricultural organizations and stakeholders
Track and report lead generation metrics and conversions
Support strategic initiatives to meet sales targets
Required Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Basic understanding of sales processes
Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
