What We're Looking For
Experience: 0-3 years in sales (freshers welcome)
Education: B.Sc. Agriculture/MBA in Agri-Business preferred
Strong communication, networking, and negotiation abilities
Drive and passion for achieving targets in sales and business development
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through market research and outbound prospecting
Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach to acquire clients
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with consistent lead generation
Cultivate partnerships with agricultural organizations and stakeholders
Track and report metrics for lead generation and conversion rates
Execute strategic sales initiatives and achieve performance goals
Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and client communications
Required Skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Sound understanding of the sales lifecycle
Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools
Self-motivation with a solution-focused mindset
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
