Greet customers, assess their needs, and offer product recommendations
Provide accurate product information, including features, benefits, and pricing
Assist with fitting, demonstrations, or product trials when applicable
Resolve customer concerns professionally or escalate to management as needed
Sales & Store Performance
Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
Promote sales, special offers, and loyalty programs
Upsell, cross-sell, and suggest complementary items
Store Operations
Replenish shelves, restock merchandise, and maintain inventory accuracy
Maintain store cleanliness, including displays, fitting rooms, and stock areas
Assist with receiving, tagging, and organizing new merchandise
Follow loss-prevention procedures and security guidelines
Team Collaboration
Work with team members to achieve daily store goals
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge updates
Support management with any additional tasks as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Prior retail or customer-facing experience a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Basic math and computer skills
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
Work Environment
Fast-paced retail setting
Requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability depending on store needs
