What You'll Own
Opportunity Hunting

Lead Generation
? Network smart, dig deep, and pull in leads that actually convert
Pipeline Flow
? Keep the funnel buzzing, qualify leads, and make sure no deal slips away.
Relationship Building
? Build real connections with brands & clients.
Meeting Support
? Hop into key meetings, take sharp notes, and help shape winning proposals
Team Collab
? Jam with marketing, ops, and creators to keep our message everywhere.
CRM Game
? Track leads, deals & conversions on HubSpot, Salesforce, or whatever gets it done
Outreach
? Use data + feedback to level up strategies, boost conversions, and keep clients happy.
Deal Closure Mode
? Follow up smartly, pitch confidently, and make sure every client feels heard while closing the deal.
The Skills & Sauce We Need
2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably with D2C brands.
Bachelor's from a reputed institution, MBA, or B. Tech preferred.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Lead generation, research, and analytical skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Excel.
Social Media native and analytical thinker with the ability to connect dots and make informed suggestions
