Role Overview
You'll be responsible for inviting and onboarding vendors for
Lectures, Classes, and Books/Publications
on the ONECONNECTIFY platform.
The goal is to build strong relationships, help vendors list or promote their services/products, and drive consistent sales growth.
Basic Canva design, communication, and product listing knowledge are must-haves.
Key Responsibilities
A. Vendor Outreach & Onboarding
Make
50+ vendor calls daily
for product/service listing invitations.
Explain
unique vendor benefits (USPs)
and help vendors understand ONECONNECTIFY's features.
Assist vendors in
listing their classes, lectures, or publications
, or list on their behalf.
Ensure vendors understand payment flow, chat options, and promotional tools.
Maintain long-term relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
B. Promotion & Flyer Design
Create promotional flyers using
Canva
for each vendor or activity.
Use auto-generated flyer tools when vendor assets are unavailable.
Promote listed vendors across relevant channels and groups.
C. Product Knowledge & Training
Clearly explain the platform's tools -- from
chat options
to
instant payment
features.
Educate vendors on using their dashboards, managing leads, and connecting with users.
Stay updated with new features and share regular updates with your vendors.
D. Follow-Up & Reporting
Conduct daily follow-ups with potential and existing vendors.
Record all vendor interactions and maintain reports using
Google Sheets/MS Office.
Share daily activity reports and conversion status with the reporting manager.
