Job Responsibilities
Proactively engage with potential clients through various communication channels (phone, WhatsApp API and WhatsApp).
Understand customer needs and align services to address their requirements.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Provide ongoing support and be a point of contact for client inquiries.
Utilise CRM software to manage and qualify leads.
Assess the viability of potential clients and prioritise leads for follow-up.
Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Utilise CRM tools to track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
Meeting weekly sales target diligently and meeting & exceeding such targets.
Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client acquisition and retention.
Provide valuable insights and feedback to improve sales strategies.
Qualifications Requirement
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
2 or more year experience in Customer Service, Sales or Client Services / Interactions
Good Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and
Good proficiency with Computer Literacy
Skills Requirement
Proactive working attitude, quick learning ability and good problem solving skills
Previous working experience with spreadsheets, data entry, customer service calls is an added advantage in your onboarding
Open to adapt to organisational changes
Open to adapt to cross-departmental shuffling if found suitable for other profile in same organisation
Salary: Around 25-38K (depending on your experience)
