To drive sales through effective handling of inquiries, reservations, and follow-ups while promoting Rishibhumi Wellness as a premier wellness and spiritual retreat destination. The role involves coordinating with guests, travel partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless booking experiences and achieving monthly sales targets.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Sales & Business Development
Actively promote
Rishibhumi Wellness packages
(wellness retreats, spiritual rejuvenation programs, FIT, and group bookings) through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
Convert
corporate clients, travel partners, and wellness communities
.
Work with the marketing team to provide
feedback on promotional offers, pricing strategies, and market trends
.
B. Reservations & Guest Coordination
Handle
all inbound reservation inquiries
via calls, emails, and online booking platforms promptly and professionally.
Prepare
wellness package itineraries, quotations, and confirmations
.
Ensure accurate entry of guest details and package components into the
reservation management system (RMS/CRM)
.
Coordinate with
operations, wellness, and F&B teams
for smooth execution of guest experiences.
Provide
pre-arrival communication and post-stay follow-up
to encourage repeat business and referrals.
C. Administrative & Reporting
Maintain updated
sales trackers, reservation reports, and revenue MIS
on a daily/weekly basis.
Assist in preparing
monthly sales performance and forecast reports
.
Keep track of
competitor pricing and wellness trends
for strategic inputs.
3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Monthly
sales and revenue target achievement

Lead conversion rate
(inquiries to confirmed bookings).
Customer satisfaction & repeat bookings

Accuracy in
reservation handling and documentation

4. Skills & Competencies
Essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).

5. Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in Hospitality, Wellness Management, or Business Administration.
1-3 years of experience
in sales or reservations (wellness, spa, retreat, or resort experience preferred).
