to join our growing travel agency team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and other B2B partners. This role requires active fieldwork, regular client meetings, and a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Identify, target, and onboard new B2B clients such as travel agents, corporate houses, and tour operators.
Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular visits, follow-ups, and account management.
Sales & Business Development:
Promote and sell the company's domestic and international travel packages, services, and products.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate pricing and close deals in line with company policies.
Market Intelligence:
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to suggest improvements in offerings.
Share timely insights with the marketing and operations team for product refinement.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client visits, conversions, and pipeline status.
Maintain accurate client records and contracts in the CRM system
