hat You'll Do
? Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and generate sales leads.
? Follow-up with leads via phone or email to maintain ongoing communication.
? Update CRM systems with lead and customer information.
? Assist in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups. ? Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services.
? Work closely with sales and customer success teams to align on targets and objectives.
