Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic

Sales Associate

to join our business development team. This role involves interacting with potential clients, conducting follow-ups, assisting in meetings, and supporting the closure of deals for

cloud kitchen openings

. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for the F&B industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying and approaching new leads and potential clients Follow up on inquiries and leads through calls, messages, and emails Support the sales team in scheduling and attending client meetings Present SetGo's services and solutions confidently to prospective clients Maintain records of client interactions and update sales reports Assist in deal closure and coordinate with internal teams for handovers Participate in field visits and meetings as required Stay informed about industry trends and client needs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory) 0-2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits A positive attitude and eagerness to learn Interest or background in the F&B/hospitality sector is a plus
