Job Summary:

The Sales Executive cum Store Girl is responsible for assisting customers with product selection, promoting FMCG items, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked. The role combines customer service, sales, and basic store upkeep to ensure an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries. Promote products and upsell when appropriate. Maintain attractive product displays and shelf arrangements. Ensure products are properly tagged with prices and offers. Refill shelves and monitor stock levels regularly. Help with daily stock checks and report low inventory. Keep the store clean and organized, including shelves, displays, and floors. Handle minor billing or cashier duties when needed. Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock. Follow hygiene and safety standards as per store policies.

Requirements:

Education:

Minimum 10th or 12th pass; customer-relation is a plus.

Experience:

1-2 years in a retail/FMCG environment preferred.

Skills:

Basic sales and customer service skills. Friendly attitude and good communication. Ability to stand for long hours and work on shifts. Basic knowledge of product categories (groceries, personal care, etc.). Willingness to learn and adapt.

Working Conditions:

Rotational shifts including weekends . Physically active role; standing and light lifting involved.

Pay: ?8,500.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
