About the Role:
Sobe Decor is looking for a dynamic and well-presented Sales Associate who can also manage product packing and dispatch with care. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers in a premium retail environment and takes pride in handling luxury products with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products based on their preferences.
Provide product knowledge, explain features, pricing, and care instructions.
Maintain a clean and visually appealing display area at all times.
Handle billing and coordinate with the store team for smooth transactions.
Carefully pack products for in-store purchases and courier dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and safe wrapping.
Maintain inventory records and assist in stock management.
Support the store team in day-to-day operations as required.
Requirements:
Prior experience in retail sales or showroom customer service preferred.
Ability to communicate politely and confidently with customers.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic knowledge of billing systems (training can be provided).
Attention to detail, especially in product handling and packing.
Must be punctual, responsible, and presentable.
