PAY INCLUDES:

INR 1,000 base pay per month INR 4,000 commission per student (increases to 4250 after 5 students and 4500 after 10 students + bonuses) INR 75 commission per booked call

JOB PROFILE

The role is fully remote and will always be remote! You work from home (or wherever you want to!). There are NO outdoor visits required. You will report directly to the CEO and work with the CEO and her assistant. We will provide on-the-job training for the tools we use The work is task-and-performance based.
JOB PREREQUISITES

High fluency and accuracy in spoken and written English Degree/work experience not required! The CEO will personally train you. Awareness of and willingness to learn sales and marketing techniques. Some experience with sales would be great A good internet connection (2 MBPS or above) Comfortable using modern PC applications/websites such as Google Docs/Sheets A personal laptop/PC Headphones/earphones and a quiet place to make calls from
Selected employee's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Understanding the merits of the product by going over our detailed website.

You must prospect for leads in Facebook groups, on Instagram through related hashtags, on Quora, Reddit, and on LinkedIn. Leads will not be provided by the company.

Being able to make a pitch to prospects about the merits of the product and generate sales. Using our CRM (HubSpot) or Google Sheets to manage and update information about leads Building a relationship with customers/prospects.
