Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery timelines in alignment with company policies
Product Promotion
Conduct product demos and presentations to customers and distributors
Promote the full range of pneumatic tools and accessories with deep technical knowledge
Market & Competitor Analysis
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Provide market feedback to marketing and product development teams
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain CRM records, prepare sales reports, and forecast pipeline performance
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and after-sales support
