We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Direct Sales Representative to join our team. You'll be responsible for identifying prospects, presenting products or services, and closing deals directly with customers. Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers Negotiate contracts and close sales deals Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings

Requirements

Proven experience in direct sales or a similar role Strong communication and negotiation skills Having minimum 3 years' experience Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred Must be graduate in any stream.
