Job Description


Job Title: Associate-Sales [INTERNAL SALES] Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their goals by providing administrative assistance, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring efficient communication within the sales department and with clients. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Order acquisition and fulfilment process, pre-sales support activities and related administration.
  • Preparing quotations according to the price list and discount structure.
  • Payment follows up with the customers and other relevant stakeholders as applicable.
  • Responsible for correct and timely invoicing.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
  • Must maintain sales records, as a basis of reports to the senior management team.
  • Prepare reports on sales of individual representatives on sales to individual customers.
  • Must provide information to the finance department on incoming and completed orders, as a basis for forecasting cash flow.
  • Attend team meetings (skype, video conference, telephone conference) and take responsibility to feedback and interact with managers, colleagues, and reporting manager.
  • Producing monthly sales reports for testing sales associates.
  • Must arrange and coordinate courier services and logistic support for all company needs.
  • Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
  • PO follow up through calls for completed activities.
  • Invoice follow up through calls to get the accounting details of the invoice.
  • Open PO follow up for the activities through mails, also co-ordinate with the activity team regarding the same.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sales processes and industry regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
