About Client: - Our Client is a German company which provides healthcare solutions and services. It was spun off from its parent company by 2017, which retains a 75% stake. It is the parent company for several medical technology companies and is headquartered in Erlangen, Germany. No. of Requirements - 1 Education: BE/BTech/Dip \xe2\x80\x93 Instrumentation, Biotech, ECE Age: - Should not be more that 40 yrs. \xe2\x80\x93
- Calls and converts prospects into valid customers.
- Assists customer by answering routine questions or forwards them to appropriate department.
- Enters orders and follows up on both shipped and unshipped orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Enters relevant customer comments and exchanges in customer record.
- Uses database to track customer information.
- Performs periodical reporting to management of all calls made and keeps management and channel manager informed of any pertinent business issues.
- Keeps up-to-date knowledge of the product, service and company.
- Supports the needs of respective territory.
- Assists other team members as necessary
