The Sales Manager - Bancassurance (Grade M1) is responsible for driving sales of General Insurance and Health Insurance products through assigned bank branches. The role focuses on building strong relationships with bank partners, generating quality leads, conducting product training, and achieving assigned business targets while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of General Insurance and Health Insurance products through the bancassurance channel.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with bank branch managers, relationship officers, and frontline staff.
Generate, track, and convert leads sourced from partner bank branches.
Ensure regular engagement with bank teams to maximize business opportunities.
Conduct product training sessions, joint sales calls, and promotional activities for bank staff.
Support bank partners in customer meetings, product pitching, and closure of insurance proposals.
Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
Ensure adherence to company policies, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
Maintain accurate MIS, sales reports, and pipeline updates.
Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and post-sales support.
Strengthen penetration of insurance products across mapped bank branches.
