Job Description

We are a group of companies head office based in Lucknow, U. P. working on pan India in Retail, Banking and Finance, Pharmaceuticals, Information Technology, FMCG as more than 20 industries and having a team of more than 3,200 employees over more than 300 branches in India.

Basic Eligibility Criteria for applying:-



Should have 2-2.5 years of work experience in marketing with a focus on the FMCG Division

(in Flikart, Amazon, Indiamart etc)

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a related industry. Strong understanding of the sales cycle and B2B markets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Job role and responsibilities:-

Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities through networking and prospecting. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs. Present and demonstrate products/services tailored to client requirements. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed quotas. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth delivery of services. Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand network and increase market presence.
