To generate sales for elevators, escalators, and related services by identifying potential customers, building strong client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Meet builders, architects, consultants, contractors, and property owners to promote Johnson Lifts products.
Explain product features, technical specifications, safety standards, and benefits to customers.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders as per customer requirements.
Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to close sales deals.
Coordinate with technical, installation, and service teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-focused and result-oriented approach
Basic technical understanding of elevators/lifts (training provided)
Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma (Engineering preferred but not mandatory)
3-5 years of experience in any construction company(lifts, elevators preferred)
