Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
Meet with potential and existing customers to present products/services and negotiate sales deals.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare and submit sales reports, daily activity logs, and pipeline updates to management.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth customer service and order fulfillment.
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven experience in field sales, business development, or a related role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
