Redlitchee Realties, a leading real estate consulting firm based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled data operator plus sales role to join our team. Roles and Responsibilities As a data operator, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating our database of properties and clients, as well as performing administrative tasks such as data entry and report generation. In addition, the candidate will also be involved in sales activities, helping our clients find their dream homes and properties, and assisting with the negotiation and closing of deals. Desired Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

• Strong experience in data entry and data management
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database software
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and property values
• A passion for helping clients find their dream homes
• A bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Sales experience will be an added advantage
