Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Associate with strong communication skills in English, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi to join our sales team. The role involves engaging with customers via telecalling, managing and entering data in MIS using Microsoft Excel, handling customer orders through our ERP system, and regularly visiting the market to identify and close new leads in coordination with our factory. The candidate should be comfortable working towards monthly sales targets, demonstrate strong interpersonal and persuasion skills, and have prior experience with CRM systems (preferred).
