Sales Associate
to help scale our online and offline revenue channels.
Roles & Responsibilities
Drive sales through D2C platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, Website, Marketplaces)
Engage with customers via DM, WhatsApp, email, and calls
Convert enquiries into orders by explaining product benefits
Build and manage customer relationships and repeat business
Manage order confirmations, payments, and coordination with dispatch team
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints effectively
Promote products through social media, referral programs, and campaigns
Maintain customer database and track daily/weekly sales numbers
Suggest creative sales strategies and promotional ideas
Support influencer and affiliate partnerships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements & Skills
Strong communication skills (English + Hindi/Tamil preferred)
Passion for sales, wellness, and D2C brands
Basic Instagram/WhatsApp/CRM handling knowledge
Convincing ability and customer-first mindset
Social media savvy and digitally comfortable
Target-driven and self-motivated
Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
Freshers with strong interest in sales are welcome
