Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products.
Explain product details, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.
Handle inbound calls and respond to product inquiries efficiently.
Convert leads into sales by maintaining good communication and follow-up.
Maintain continuous follow-ups with leads, prospects, and existing clients.
Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Update customers regarding their order status, dispatch, and delivery timelines.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team.
Enter daily call records, lead information, and sales data accurately into CRM or Excel.
Maintain and update client databases and contact lists.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management review.
Ensure all sales and customer records are properly organized and updated.
Support the sales team in administrative tasks and documentation.
Liaise with the marketing team for promotional activities or product updates.
Help in preparing sales quotations and invoices when required.
Good communication and persuasive skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to handle multiple calls and maintain a positive attitude.
