Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify and approach potential domestic and international buyers, boutiques, and retailers.
Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing clients.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare and present quotations, negotiate prices, and close deals.
Market Development
Research and expand into new geographies (B2B, B2C, export opportunities).
Gather market intelligence on trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Product Presentation
Showcase Albeli's collections through
video calls, live demos, trade fairs, and client visits
.
Work closely with the design/production teams to develop custom collections.
Reporting
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer feedback in CRM/Excel.
Provide regular sales reports to management.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Graduate in Business/Marketing/Fashion/Textiles (MBA a plus).
Experience:
2-5 years in
sales, business development, or fashion/textile exports
.
Strong
communication and negotiation skills
(English, Hindi; Bengali an advantage).
Knowledge of
handloom fabrics, luxury textiles, or ethnic wear
preferred.
Proficiency in
MS Office / CRM tools
.
Willingness to travel and attend trade shows/exhibitions.
