Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting garment accessories (buttons, zippers, laces, threads, embellishments, etc.).
Provide detailed product information and recommend items based on customer needs.
Maintain organized and attractive product displays in the shop.
Handle billing, cash, and digital payments accurately.
Monitor stock levels and inform the manager about reordering requirements.
Meet individual and store-level sales targets.
Resolve customer queries and complaints politely and effectively.
Stay updated with new arrivals, offers, and product knowledge.
Assist in visual merchandising and promotional activities.
