Job Description

Attend walk-in customers and understand their interior and modular kitchen requirements Explain products, materials, layouts, finishes, and pricing clearly to clients Prepare quotations, BOQs, and basic layout discussions (with designer support) Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams for smooth execution Conduct site visits for measurements and client discussions when required Follow up with leads and close sales within defined timelines Maintain customer data, follow-up status, and sales records Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Handle negotiations and finalize deals professionally Ensure high customer satisfaction and post-sales coordination
