Explaining job openings and scheduling interviews
Regular follow-ups till candidate joining
Maintaining daily call and joining reports
Coordinating with the recruitment team to close positions
Requirements:
English communication is mandatory
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Target-oriented approach
Freshers can apply; recruitment telecalling experience is an advantage
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
Incentives per successful joining (as per company policy)
