We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented
Sales Executive
to work on a
commission basis
. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to generate leads and close sales independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell tyres to retailers, dealers, workshops, fleet owners, and end customers
Identify new customers and develop strong client relationships
Achieve sales targets and maximize revenue through effective selling
Visit markets, garages, transporters, and dealerships for lead generation
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers
Collect orders and coordinate with the company for timely delivery
Maintain basic records of sales and customer follow-ups
Provide market feedback and competitor insights
Eligibility & Requirements:
Prior experience in tyre sales, automobile sales, or FMCG sales preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Must be target-driven and performance-oriented
Own two-wheeler preferred (for field sales)
Basic knowledge of tyres and automobile market is an advantage
Compensation:
Commission-based earnings only
(no fixed salary)
Attractive commission per tyre / per order
High earning potential based on performance
Incentives may be offered on achieving higher sales targets
