Role Overview



The Sales Specialist will manage end-to-end sales for simulation products, training programs, and academic collaborations across India. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about healthcare, EdTech, MedTech, and field sales.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue Growth



Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Conduct product demos, presentations, and hands-on simulator demonstrations.

Drive sales in medical colleges, hospitals, training institutes, and academic centers.

Client Relationship & Market Development



Travel across India for client meetings, events, and conferences.

Build relationships with Deans, HODs, Faculty, Skill Lab Coordinators, and Purchase Teams.

Identify market opportunities and expand presence across medical and paramedical institutions.

Training Program Sales



Promote certification programs, workshops, and academic courses.

Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling and client management.

Achieve enrolment and training revenue targets.

Product Knowledge & Demonstrations



Gain strong understanding of simulator features and clinical use cases.

Deliver confident demonstrations at workshops, exhibitions, and conferences.

Gather client feedback to support product upgrades and training development.

Reporting & Coordination



Maintain CRM entries for leads, follow-ups, and closures.

Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.

Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Training teams for smooth execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree (Life Sciences, Biomedical, Healthcare, Engineering, or any graduate interested in healthcare).

0-2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / EdTech / Healthcare (Freshers encouraged).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)



Experience in healthcare, EdTech, MedTech, or training industries.

Exposure to B2B or institutional sales.

Basic understanding of medical simulators or equipment (training provided).
