Job Description

Outbound calling:

Contact potential or existing customers to promote products, generate leads, or gather information.

Inbound calling:

Answer calls from customers to address their inquiries and resolve issues.

Sales and lead generation:

Persuade customers to make purchases, schedule appointments, and convert leads into sales.

Customer service:

Provide support, handle complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Record keeping:

Maintain accurate databases of customer interactions, sales, and feedback.

Follow-up:

Follow up with leads and customers to ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain relationships.
