Job Title: Sales Executive - Education Programs Location: Noida Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our education team. The role involves promoting and selling our education schemes and driving student enrollments for Diploma, M.Tech, and MBA programs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to guide prospective students in making informed academic choices. Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell education schemes to potential candidates.

Generate leads and follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

Counsel and guide students on available courses (Diploma, M.Tech, MBA) and assist them in the enrollment process.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and enrollment targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and academic partners.

Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and conversions.

Participate in seminars, education fairs, and promotional campaigns to increase program visibility and outreach. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred, not mandatory).

Prior experience in sales, counseling, or the education sector will be an added advantage.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work under targets.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Compensation & Benefits

CTC: ₹3 to 6 LPA (based on experience and performance).

During the probation period, the salary will be ?13,000 per month (INR).
