We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused

Sales Associate

to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company, assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively. Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Goal-oriented with a positive attitude. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays (if required).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
