Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Male Sales Executive to join our Chandanagar showroom team. The ideal candidate will be below 30 years of age, possess excellent English communication skills, and have a passion for customer service and sales. You will be responsible for driving showroom sales, building customer relationships, and contributing to the store's revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet customers, understand their requirements, and provide expert advice on Damro's product range. Achieve and exceed individual & store monthly sales targets. Demonstrate product features, benefits, and promotions effectively. Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales service coordination. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, pricing, and ongoing offers. Process sales orders, invoices, and ensure accurate documentation. Maintain the showroom floor aesthetics and product display standards. Collect customer feedback and market intelligence for reporting to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:



Gender:

Male (as per company's current hiring policy for this role).

Age:

Below 30 years.

Education:

Minimum Graduate in any discipline.

Experience:

1-2 years in retail sales (preferably in furniture, appliances, or luxury retail). Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also be considered.

Language:

Excellent command of spoken and written English

is mandatory. Proficiency in Hindi and local language is a plus.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills, presentable appearance, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-centric approach.
