Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales executive to lead day-to-day operations at The Phone Zone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer interaction, sales negotiation, product display, and team coordination while ensuring a smooth and engaging customer experience both in-store and online.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist walk-in customers with product demos and comparisons (mobiles, smartwatches, accessories, etc.)
Explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly; negotiate deals effectively
Evaluate used phones for exchange/sale with accurate pricing
Handle post-sale customer support and service issues
Maintain and update customer records and transaction logs
Supervise and guide the Digital Marketing Executive and Sales Support Executive
Review and respond to social media queries (Instagram, Meta, OLX, etc.)
Track and ensure timely posting of offers, deals, and new arrivals online
Ensure store targets and service standards are met consistently
Skills Required:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of mobile phones, electronics, and market pricing
Basic familiarity with social media platforms and digital promotions
Leadership and team management skills
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred)
Computer proficiency (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools)
