About the Role:

We are seeking energetic and goal-driven

Sales Executives

to join our international B2B sales team. This is a night shift role focused on generating leads, making outbound calls, and closing deals with business clients in global markets. Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to international B2B clients to promote company products/services. Identify and qualify potential leads through research and cold calling. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients. Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions. Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client information. Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation and deal closure. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.

Requirements:

0 to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or telecalling (B2B preferred). Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written). Comfortable working in night shifts aligned with international time zones. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus. Positive attitude, resilience, and a target-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field. Prior experience with international calling or B2B sales is an advantage.
