We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Perfume Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a genuine interest in fragrances.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with fragrance selections Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences Explain perfume notes, ingredients, and fragrance profiles Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on latest trends Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store growth Maintain store cleanliness, display arrangements, and stock levels Handle billing and manage customer transactions accurately Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service Participate in product training and promotions

Skills & Qualifications

Prior retail or beauty sales experience preferred (not mandatory) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Pleasant, well-groomed appearance & professional behavior Ability to understand customer needs and upsell products Basic computer skills for billing & inventory records Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented
