CNC/VMC manufacturing company
. The role involves customer coordination, lead generation, quotation support, and order follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and follow up on new sales leads for CNC/VMC machined components
Coordinate with customers for requirements, drawings, and specifications
Prepare and follow up on
quotations
with internal teams
Support senior sales team in customer meetings and negotiations
Maintain customer database and sales records
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for order execution
Track orders, deliveries, and payment follow-ups
Ensure customer satisfaction and relationship management
Required Skills & Knowledge
Basic understanding of
manufacturing / CNC / VMC processes
(training will be provided)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to read basic engineering drawings is an added advantage
MS Office (Excel, Word, Email) knowledge required
Willingness to learn and grow in industrial sales
Qualifications
Diploma / BE / B.Tech / Any Graduate (Mechanical preferred)
