Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases.
Communicate effectively in
Malayalam and English
to assist a diverse customer base.
Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and promotions.
Process sales transactions using POS systems and handle payments.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales area.
Monitor stock levels and assist in restocking shelves as needed.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Fluency in Malayalam and English
(spoken and written).
Previous experience in
sales, retail, or customer service
is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of
sales techniques and customer handling
.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment
and handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office and POS systems
(training will be provided if necessary).
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in business or marketing is a plus).
