Role Overview: We're actively seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with a proven track record in selling Apartments and villas. The ideal candidate will be adept at new client acquisition, retention of existing clients, and converting customer site visits into sales. A deep knowledge of the real estate market and exceptional communication skills are paramount for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Sell apartments and villas, ensuring maximum revenue. Successfully convert customer site visits into finalized sales. Generate sales and develop new leads, clients, and customers. Showcase an in-depth understanding of the real estate market, including market trends and property values. Convert leads into potential site visits and ensure conversions from site visits to sales. Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation and promotional activities. Maintain regular touchpoints with potential and existing customers through calls, emails, and meetings.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with expertise in selling apartments and villas. Comprehensive understanding of the real estate market and property values. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in English and Tamil is a must; proficiency in Hindi would be an added advantage. Proactive and self-driven with a result-oriented approach. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
