Key Responsibilities: Lead Management & Follow-up ? Handle incoming sales leads from JustDial, website, and referrals ? Make outbound calls to new leads and explain company offerings ? Regular follow-up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp ? Maintain proper lead status updates in CRM or tracking system Quotation Preparation ? Coordinate with technical team to gather input for solution-based quotes ? Prepare quotations using standard templates ? Share quotations with customers and ensure follow-up for approval Customer Interaction & Feedback ? Handle pre-sales and post-sales communication ? Collect customer feedback post project/service closure ? Escalate any dissatisfaction or delay to the concerned department Coordination & Documentation ? Coordinate internally with sales, technical, and accounts teams ? Keep records of leads, quotations, follow-ups, and conversions ? Assist in maintaining customer contact database
