Praveen Textiles, a leading wholesale textile trading company in Chennai, is seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant to support our sales operations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing customer interactions, processing orders, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers, providing information on products and services. Process sales orders and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions. Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
