Job Description

o Attend phone calls from customer and take orders and write down in the order book and get other detail according to the order book.

o Get the parcels from the unloading area / transport office. Loading and unloading of parcels from the unloading area / transport office to our store. Note down the parcels received from suppliers, when and how many.

o Unpack the parcels and arrange the natural flowers in buckets and other materials in its designated area. Water the natural flowers & leaves and maintain the flowers & leaves until the sales. Change the water every day from the buckets.

o Packing of the flowers according to orders we received also for the counter sales when customer comes to the store. Keep the parcels in buses where the parcels go to other cities / places, and delivery of parcels wherever it requires too.

o Preparation of bouquets when orders received.

o Communicate with the customer politely and explain about the products and services we offer to them.

o Housekeeping is mandatory, keep the store and work area clean and neat.

o Refill the shelves when it is lower on materials. Dusting the shelves when it is necessary. Count and verify the stock inventory and send report to the supervisor.

o Work on the flowers which are going to be bad and throw the garbage out.

o Prepare daily work log reports and send daily work log reports to the supervisor. Attend the meetings, communicate with the supervisor and other departments.

o Must be ready to work on night shifts in case if it is necessary.

o Work must be carried out whatever the job demands at the store and asked by the supervisor.

o Must be ready to work on Sunday, whenever the job demands.

o Holding 2-Wheeler license is mandatory, and 4-wheeler license is optional

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
