Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesman located in Thiruvarur. The Salesman will be responsible for engaging with customers to promote and sell construction materials, maintaining a strong understanding of the products offered, and identifying customer needs. Responsibilities include building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, preparing sales reports, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role requires active participation in sales strategies and providing exceptional customer support to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build professional relationships. Proven sales and negotiation skills with an ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Basic knowledge of the construction materials industry, market trends, and customer preferences. Problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer inquiries effectively. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in maintaining sales records and reporting on performance. Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
