Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Identify customer needs through effective communication and active listening. Provide product or service information, and make recommendations based on customer preferences. Actively promote and sell products or services to meet individual and team sales targets. Utilize effective sales techniques, such as upselling and cross-selling, to maximize revenue. Stay informed about product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively communicate them to customers. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products or services offered. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our offerings in the market. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. Collaborate with other members of the sales team to achieve collective goals. Share insights and feedback with the team and management to enhance overall sales strategies. Participate in merchandising activities, including restocking shelves and arranging displays to attract customer attention. Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Stay informed about new products and updates to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers.
