Key Responsibilities
Attending leads for luxury villas and properties
Conduct property site visits and showcase properties to potential buyers
Create engaging video content
for Instagram Reels, Stories, YouTube, and social media platforms
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
Coordinate with the marketing team for content creation and promotional activities
Achieve monthly sales targets with team support
Maintain CRM database and track customer interactions
Must-Have Requirements
Maintains professional grooming and appearance standards suitable for client-facing roles
Excellent Communication Skills
- Fluent in English & Hindi (Konkani/Marathi is a plus)
Content Creation Skills
- Comfortable shooting videos, creating Reels, and social media content
Go-Getter Attitude
Own Vehicle
- Two-wheeler/four-wheeler for property visits and client meetings (Mandatory)
Tech Savvy
- Comfortable with smartphones, social media platforms, and digital tool
Age
- 21-30 years preferred
