Hiring Solar sales Executive (Field work)

Location - Sarkhej

Key responsibilities

Lead generation

: Prospect new clients through methods like networking, cold calling, and door-to-door visits to identify potential customers for solar installations.

Client interaction

: Meet with customers to explain the benefits of solar power, assess their specific energy needs, and answer questions about products, costs, and savings.

Site assessments

: Visit customer locations to gather technical information, evaluate the site for solar feasibility, and determine the best solution for their needs.

Proposal and sales

: Prepare and present customized, techno-commercial proposals to clients, and negotiate contracts to close sales deals.

Sales target achievement

: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas through effective market engagement and business development strategies.

Relationship management

: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and secure future business.

Collaboration

: Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure the successful and timely execution of installations.

Market awareness

: Stay up-to-date with market trends, government policies, competitor activities, and new solar technologies and products.
